About Us

Vicky Masterton is the owner of Masterton Billing, LLC and has served on the Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Group for National Government Services (DMAC) which assures a deep understanding for Medicare rules and regulations. She has been in billing for over 35 years, starting at the front desk and working up to a Billing Manager role in corporate America for 20 years of that experience. She holds a degree in Health and Human Sciences as well as a degree in Medicare (yes that’s a real thing!). She is LEAN certified and a Certified Professional Coder.

Our Staff

Lori

is not only an experienced biller with over 25 years of billing experience but also holds a degree in Accounting. She has been a Lead Biller, Coder, Staff Accountant and Auditor. She left the corporate world to join us and has never looked back! She is also LEAN certified and a Certified Professional Coder.

Becky

has over a decade of experience in several facets of the healthcare environment. She holds a degree as a Medical Office Assistant. Her background spans front desk, insurance verification, billing, pre-cert/authorizations and referrals. She has a claims processing background as well.

Jenny

has over two decades in billing and holds a degree as Medical Office Assistant. She has extensive experience in cash applications as well. Jenny has handled multiple accounts and will work past-due accounts and fight for insurances to pay. She works aged accounts weekly, so they don’t age past an acceptable rate (typically 30-45 days).

Tanya

has worked in medical billing for more than 30 years. More than 12 years of that was in a large health system as a Patient Account Representative. She is diligent and detailed, a very important trait in billing! She also has several years of experience as a claim examiner and has even worked in a hectic call center.

Megan

is very meticulous, a great trait to have in billing! She is a fast learner who takes great pride in her work and is very thorough. She is very smart and puts a lot of thought in her work. She is incredibly organized and keeps detailed notes.

Bobbie Jo

comes to us with a wealth of billing knowledge, from mental health to Home Health and Hospice. She quickly picked up on the various billing systems we work with and is eager to jump in with both feet! She readily offers to help with projects and new accounts.
